Sonuel Kot and Valley Valley Minhari story is a beautiful village of Sonaval Located in the junction of river Indus and Thor Nalaah. This village consists of 100 families. Village has large fruit trees and transparent water of water and sewage drains is lost in the Indus Sindh and loses its identity. These locals work gold, cattle feeding and farming, and their agricultural land will flow from 300 to 350 canals. This is their salary and these people do not want to live in the mountains. Similarly, another valley monastery is situated near the dam of the Dam. The wall will be only two kilos from the wall of the wall, all the six villages of the valley, Jaswam, Cheng Char , Norway, Namima, Baltwa and Nirmabi will flow in the reservoir. These settlers are about 100 years old and find gold. They do not have any authority over the forest, they earn limited options to use forest resources by paying a call. Valley is rich in fish and other water resources. People are fertile, people plant grain, vegetables and fruitful trees. People of Koswala Kot and Kanwar are saying that construction of dam makes Pakistan and Gilgit-Baltistan happy and prosperous, so we do not mind, we need a suitable compensation so that All of us settle together. We do not want to be separated, they have a serious concern and they think that there is no difference between us if we get lost. Do not hesitate to make us feel comfortable, people of the train are still waiting. They were powerful in every respect and we are neglected and weak. The fact that the government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Hilton Diamer and Action Committee, Diamer Bhasha Dam, have no plans for both these valleys and destruction. No one has any idea.

Some negative effects of Diamer Bhasha Dam:

There is no such process in the world, which has 100 percent positive impact. It is an intuitive order that Dam's construction plan is very spectacular and worthy of praise, but May May Dam's name was made controversial. It is also interesting to note that the construction of the dam will affect 80% of the third largest sub-division of Chillas and all the districts of Chillas and Darial and Tangir, the third largest and most backward district of Gilgit-Baltistan, will be affected by the village Kharni village, All the settlements of visual areas of Visual Nala, Ghana village, Thorur Nala, Hooda Village, Thilpant, Gas Bala, Gas Pine, Bonar Das, Dung Das, Jabalpur Village, Guner Farm, Shaheen Kot, Sonaval, and Goharabad and Rikshit Apart from this, agricultural land acquisition and deceptive geology will also be affected and the shaftal tirecope is around 80 to 150 kilometers high. Rakhram will also suffer from drowsiness that passes through the boundaries of the "district diamer".
Budha Ary Chillas

According to field visit report October 2008, this storage area of 200 square kilometers will flow around 100 kilometer meter of Karram and the villages containing 28,000 population will be destroyed and will destroy the excavations of approximately 50,000 old rocks, Diamer Bhasha Dam,

According to WAPDA, 27 village dams will flow in the reservoir. These villages either on the banks of the river or on the edge of the river. Keeping in mind the physical and geographical features of the area, it comes in immediate understanding that the land around the proposed dam is very valuable. There is no spacious seamless space for human population and agricultural activities, here it is in mind that according to the local people, more than 31 villages and villages will be affected. 3115 The house has begun to reimburse Hong Kong after the government has started reimbursement from 2008 and 1500 acres of land will be stored in storage.

Diamer Bhasha Dam and Gilgit-Baltistan's Stance:

After all the above mentioned things, now Gilgit-Baltistan The district diamar of particular is mentioned in some of the few reservations and demands of many people. There were protests and negotiations in various times regarding Ramadan. Attempts of Haji Gandal Shah and Elementatullah North are valuable. On February 2010, people of Chillas were protesting protest against their demands, the same police police opened fire on which three people were martyred and many were wounded, the protest process was tough, an action committee, whose chairman Mr. Atiullah is a contract between the Academy Action Committee and Huuku. The future of Diamer Bhasha Dam and Gilgit-Baltistan:

Writing for the future of Gilgit-Baltistan regarding the construction of Diamar Bhasha dam, it is pre-written, we have an opportunity to analyze some aspects of thought and imagination. Educational Future can be written in detail about the Industrial Future (Industrial Future) and unemployment. There is a need to have a permanent pen on topics related to the subject, however shortening of the subject In general, a few words are assigned.

From the mentioned dam, the construction work of real estate staff, old government buildings can be opened and new government buildings can be brought into existence, and roads which are far from the basic needs of roads like electricity and electricity can be managed cheaply and efficiently. And to provide new schools in remote villages remote education, renovation of old schools and high school enrollment in colleges and Inter Colleges can provide affordable education to poor people. And gymnastics studies can be avoided from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and other cities, especially in the form of Schedule and Charter, according to the approved Schedule and Charter, namely, by establishing universities campus in all districts, Gilgit Baltistan Taliban sciences and tetanus artifacts can be saved from greatest depression. If the situation in establishing religious seminaries in such a manner will be helpful, the scholars will be able to serve the Muslims of Gilgit-Baltistan by establishing religious seminaries under the federal government, and establishing a positive passion of religion and basic principles of religion. You can guide them through their beliefs, and guide them with the right to education, socialism, secularism, preachers, scholars, scholars, lawyers, engineers, doctors, economists, politicians, writers, journalists, and others. Reggae will be born, which will create a unique and ideal society in Gilgit-Baltistan The universe is humble and intelligent

There will be hundreds of industries, factories and factories that will be economically affordable in industrial quantities, so that these industries and other governmental institutions will be given thousands of constitutions in the new purpose, which will include the specialty of young people of Gilgit-Baltistan. The winning segment will be able to get rid of the tragedy of unemployment, and they will be able to develop, fruitful flowers, bright future, successes of success, and they will be able to create stars, Iqbal's Shahin and Nanotavi's successes. Traders will expand their trade to Lakhan Kashghar, Kashmir, Chitral and other areas. It is possible that the government should approve the legitimate basic demands of the government of Gilgit-Baltistan, especially the "District Diamer" and do not adopt a dual policy with them. Kailash Valleys || History & Unique Culture PTP Documentary

The Kailash, are a Dardic indigenous people residing in the Chitraal District of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. They speak the Kailasha language, from the Dardic family of the Indo-Aryan branch. They are considered unique among the peoples of Pakistan. They are also considered to be Pakistan's smallest ethnoreligious community,Some of Narrative traditions are famous that ,when  Elexender the Greate attacked in 330 BC on india and faught with Raja Porus. When he  was passing through this area and one tribe stayed here. That were  people of Kelash.

The neighbouring Nuristani people of the adjacent Nuristan (historically known as Kafiristan) province of Afghanistan once practised the faith adhered to by the Kalaash. By the late 19th century, much of Nuristan had been converted to Islam, although some evidence has shown the people continued to practice their customs. Over the years, the Nuristan region has also been the site of much war activity that has led to the death of many endemic Nuristanis and has seen an inflow of surrounding Afghans to claim the vacant region, who have since admixed with the remaining natives. The Kalaash of Chitraal maintained their own separate cultural traditions. But Some of Kelashies convert to Islam but still living with their family. As we see 16 year old girl Sania. She Married to a Muslim boy but sitting with her mother.

The language of the Kalaash is a sub-branch of the Indo-Aryan group, itself part of the larger Indo-European family also known as the Dardic group. It is classified as a member of the Chitraal sub-group, the only other member of that group being Khowar. Norwegian Linguist Georg Morgenstierne believes that in spite of similarities, Kailash is an independent language in its own right

The Kalaash are considered to be indigenous people, with their ancestors migrating to Chitraal from Central Asia in the 2nd century BC. The Kailash were ruled by the Mehtar of Chitraal from the 18th century onward. They have enjoyed a cordial relationship with the major ethnic group of Chitraal, the Kho who are Sunni and Ismaili Muslims. The multi-ethnic and multi-religious State of Chitraal ensured that the Kalaash were able to live in peace and harmony and practice their culture and religion. The Nuristani, their neighbours in the region of former Kafiristan west of the border, were converted, to Islam by Amir Abdur-Rahman of Afghanistan in the 1890s and their land was renamed Nuristan.

Prior to that event, the people of Kafiristan had paid tribute to the Mehtar of Chitraal and accepted his suzerainty. This came to an end with the Durand Agreement when Kafiristan fell under the Afghan sphere of Influence. Recently, the Kailash have been able to stop their demographic and cultural spiral towards extinction and have, for the past 30 years, been on the rebound. Increased international awareness, a more tolerant government, and monetary assistance has allowed them to continue their way of life. Their numbers remain stable at around 3,000. Although many convert to Islam, the high birth rate replaces them, and with medical facilities (previously there were none) they live longer.

Being a very small minority in a Muslim region, the Kailash have increasingly been targeted by some proselytizing Muslims. Some Muslims have encouraged the Kalaash people to read the Koran so that they would convert to Islam. The challenges of modernity and the role of outsiders and NGOs in changing the environment of the Kalaash valleys have also been mentioned as real threats for the Kailash.

There is some controversy over what defines the ethnic characteristics of the Kailash. Although quite numerous before the 20th century, the non-Muslim minority has seen its numbers dwindle over the past century. A leader of the Kailash, Saifulla Jan, has stated, "If any Kailash converts to Islam, they cannot live among us anymore. We keep our identity strong." About three thousand have converted to Islam or are descendants of converts, yet still live nearby in the Kalaash villages and maintain their language and many aspects of their ancient culture. By now, sheikhs, or converts to Islam, make up more than half of the total Kalasha-speaking population.

Kailasha women usually wear long black robes, often embroidered with cowrie shells. For this reason, they are known in Chitral as "The Black Kafirs". Men have adopted the Pakistani shalwar kameez, while children wear small versions of adult clothing after the age of four.

In contrast to the surrounding Pakistani culture, the Kailasha do not in general separate males and females or frown on contact between the sexes. However, menstruating girls and women are sent to live in the "bashaleni", the village menstrual building, during their periods, until they regain their "purity". They are also required to give birth in the bashaleni. There is also a ritual restoring "purity" to a woman after childbirth which must be performed before a woman can return to her husband. The husband is an active participant in this ritual.

Marriage by elopement is rather frequent, also involving women who are already married to another man. Indeed, wife-elopement is counted as one of the "great customs" (ghōna dastūr) together with the main festivals. Wife-elopement may lead in some rare cases to a quasi-feud between clans until peace is negotiated by mediators, in the form of the double bride-price paid by the new husband to the ex-husband.

Kalash lineages (kam) separate as marriageable descendants have separated by over seven generations. A rite of "breaking agnation" (tatbře čhin) marks that previous agnates (tatbře) are now permissible affines (därak "clan partners"). Each kam has a separate shrine in the clan's Jēṣṭak-hān, the temple to lineal or familial goddess Jēṣṭak

The people of kelash still sacrify for gods and Goddess. every month a man sacrrify to a black goat. They keep a specific corner in house for gods or Goddess. And they sprinkle blood of that sacrified goat on that corner . kelashis belive that when they sprinkle that blood on gods , the gods will Pleases to them, and protect their houses ,wealth, health and animals.  Gods will give mercy on them and they will be saved by natural disasters.  Only men can eat that holy meat. If a women would do this even mistakenly, she will be considered spirtually unclean and sinfull. To come out from that wickness she would have to Slaughter a same male goat  and distribute that meat in men. This is Atonement for this sin.

Festivels

Most of festivels of Kelashis depends upon the Ups and Downs of Seasons. Like summer ,winter ,Automn and Spring. Most of Festivels of Kelashies are guided by "Nighat Tehar". Thousands of years ago "Nighat Nehar Was a spirtual leader of Kelashies .His Following is still considered as a virtue. There are amaizing Traditional proverb about the "Nighat Tehar".

Nigat said : I am giving you the proof, you have to Beat the drums. i will be disappear. When people beated the drum. He disappeared. and the land swallowed him. Then appeared on the mountain and jumped into the river. When he came back from river , he was astonishingly dry. That's why we beat drums on every festival

The festivel of poral is guided by Nighat Tehar as well. This festivel is celebrated in the mid of september and Octorber. The special song is sung on the festivel.

(song translation)

"  The season of autum is going...

"Ohh dim moonlight of winter, welcome us"

Death

The People of Kelash have astonishing traditions about the Death and buring. Generally this saying is common here that someone died in specific family then that was reined. The people of Kelash spend all thier wealth  on death. The more expenditure on death in opposes to wedding. The family belong to corpse expend all thier wealth ,animals and houses. The died person favorite things were buried with it. When the death occur the Kelashis don't buried the corpse and keep it for three days putting the favorite things of died person beside them. Even the wind and strome are happening the body does not burry

Today is the sad day in three vallies of Kelash. Young girl  "Shi Moi" has been died here. All the celebrations were cancelled. People are weeping in strange way around the dead body.

And they mention the goodness of died person and they weeping loud. Someone says, you were so good, how you loved with your family. There is a special place.

On the first day of death ,corpse has shifted to the specific place ,where ketch of Markhor is pasted on the wall. There is a uphole in the roof. The people came this event in the obseverd by hommade bread and butter. The floor sent to the all houses in three vallies. And that family members send thousands of breads to the house belong to the corpse. The guys passing through diffcult hilly routs to the mortuary, holding huge baskets of breads and food. The food distributed till the night.

Finally the night bird is spreading its wings, and take down whole valley. Sun has comes to dawn for next day. Even the Dead body is going to swell and giving smell but the crowd of people who love " She Moe" is not reducing.

In these mourners, an old man "Dorsha Bhaa" is weeping. Dorsha Bhaa is uncle of She moe. He could not bear the grief of the death of his niece.

He say,

"Ohh Shee Moee !! Please come back, how you leave us. What would i say to your Husband,,

Please speak...  why u r not replying....

After this all, finally third day has came. The day when Last rituals will be conducted for her dead body.

The coffin maker never charge a money even the cost of wood.

There is always a old man appointed as a in charge of whole process of the event. The Old man " Daryon Baba " is head of shee moe's all process.

Cooking process for the mourners , is too amaizing here,, about hundrads of cows sheeps are Slaughtered. In the meat Hardship for putting spices is not considered as a mandatory work.

After that all the very Last rituals are going on. The dead body is being moved to the specific place after that it will be brought to the graveyard.

some sayings are famous ,that Kelashis are not burying the daed body. But here Shee moee has been buried as usual.

Yes that true, in previus few year even some Kelashies till now are not bury the corpse but they put in the open sky. They Bilieved that the person who dead, will be Confront to gods. But some Social enemies stole the Precious items with the corpse. And now mostly Kelashies bury instead of open sky grave yard.

Many things are very unique and astonishing things belong to Kelashas. One of them is to dancing and celebrating on someone's death.

History of Mankiala stupa,Near Rawat

The Mankiala Stupa (Urdu: مانكياله اسٹوپ‎) is a 2nd-century Buddhist stupa near the village of Tope Mankiala, in Pakistan's Punjab province. The stupa was built to commemorate the spot, where according to the Jataka tales, an incarnation of the Buddha sacrificed himself to feed seven hungry tiger cubs.

Location

Mankiala stupa is located in the village of Tope Mankiala, near the village of Mankiala. It is 36 km southeast of Islamabad, and near the city of Rawalpindi. It is visible from the nearby historic Rawat Fort.

Significance

Relic from the stupa were taken during the British colonial era, and are now on display at the British Museum

The stupa was built to commemorate the spot, where according to the Jataka tales and popular belief, Prince Sattva, an earlier incarnation of the Buddha, sacrificed some of his body parts to feed seven hungry tiger cubs.

History

The stupa is said to have been built during the reign of Kanishka between 128-151 CE. An alternate theory suggest that the stupa is one of 84 such buildings, built during the reign of Mauryan emperor Ashoka to house the ashes of the Buddha.

The stupa was discovered by Mountstuart Elphinstone, the first British emissary to Afghanistan, in 1808 - a detailed account of which is in his memoir 'Kingdom of Caubul' (1815). The stupa contains an engraving which indicates that the stupa was restored in 1891.

Relics

Mankiala stupa's relic deposits were discovered by Jean-Baptiste Ventura in 1830. The relics were then removed from the site during the British Raj, and are now housed in the British Museum.

Conservation

The stupa has not been restored since 1891, and remains largely abandoned. The stupa features a large defect in its mound, which was created by plunderers.

Lal Shahbaz Qalandar history Documentary

Syed Usman Marvandi (1177 – 1274), popularly known as Lal Shahbaz Qalandar (Sindhi: لعل شھباز قلندر‎), was a Sufi saint and religious Poet of present-day Pakistan and Afghanistan. He is highly regarded and respected by people of all religions because he preached religious tolerance among Muslims and Hindus.
He was called Lal ("ruby-colored") after his usual red attire and Shahbaz to denote a noble and divine spirit and Qalandar as he was a wandering holy man.
Life
Lal Shahbaz Qalandar, son of Ibrahim Kabeeruddin, was born in Maiwand, today's Afghanistan. His ancestors had migrated from Baghdad, Iraq and settled in Mashhad, Iran before moving to Maiwand. He lived when the Ghaznavid and Ghurids ruled in the Indus region(today's Punjab, Pakistan).
A contemporary of Rumi, he travelled around the Muslim world and settled in Sehwan, Sindh where he was eventually buried. There is evidence of his presence in Sindh in 1196 when he met Pir Haji Ismail Panhwar of Paat and he is believed to have arrived in Sehwan around 1251. There he established a meeting house (khanqah), taught in the Fuqhai Islam Madarrsah and wrote his treatises Mizan-us-Surf, Kism-e-Doyum, Aqd and Zubdah. Lal Shahbaz lived a celibate life.
In Multan, he met Baha-ud-din Zakariya of the Suhrawardiyya order, Baba Fariduddin Ganjshakar of the Chishtiyya and Syed Jalaluddin Bukhari. The friendship of these four became legendary, they were known as the Chahar Yar (In Persian "the four friends").According to some historians, the four friends visited various parts of Sindh, Punjab (in present-day Pakistan) and southern part of India.
Shahbaz became a profound scholar of religions, fluent in many languages including Pashto, Persian, Turkish, Arabic, Sindhi and Sanskrit. This was also the time period when Ghiyas ud din Balban (reigned: 1266 – 1287) ruled India.
Following his death, Hindus within Sindh began to identify Lal Shahbaz Qalandar as an incarnation of their patron deity, Jhulelal. This connection was emphasized by the popular spiritual song Dama Dam Mast Qalandar which referred to him by the name Jhulelal. Over time, the Jhulelal has become a nickname for him, among both Hindu and Muslim Sindhis.
