A private transport company will be launching China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) bus service on Saturday, November 03.



This Pakistan-China bus service will foster the good ties between China and Pakistan, said the CEO of the company,

دیامر بھاشا ڈیم کے لئے جس جگہ کا انتخاب کیاگیا ہے وہ ضلع دیامر کا ہیڈ کوارٹر چلاس سے تقریباََ40 کلو میٹر کے فاصلے پر ’’تھور گاؤں ،، میں واقع ہے ۔ دریا سندھ کے بائیں طرف داریل و تانگیر جو کہ سب ڈویژن چلاس کا علاقہ ہے اور دائیں طرف شاہراہ قراقرم بھاشا نالہ تک چلاس سب ڈویژن کا علاقہ ہے جبکہ ڈوڈیشال داریل کے بالمقابل بھاشا پولیس چوکی کوہستان ایریا دکھائی دیتی ہے حالانکہ قدیمی ریکارڈ کے مطابق بھاشا نالہ تک کا علاقہ چلاس کے عملداری میں آتا ہے۔

پاکستان کے شمال میں دریا سندھ پر بنایا جانے والا یہ ڈیم چلاس ٹاؤن بہاؤ کا رخ ٠٤کلو میٹر صوبہ خیبر پختون خواہ اور گلگت بلتستان کی سرحد پر تعمیر کیا جائے گا۔اس ذخیرے کا 98فیصد حصہ گلگت بلتستان میں واقع ہوگا جبکہ پاور ہاؤس صوبہ خیبر پختون خواں میں واقع ہونگے۔2013 کے تخمینے کے مطابق اس ڈیم پر 14.6بلین امریکی ڈالر(یعنی 13 ٹرلین پاکستانی روپے) کی لاگت آئے گی ۔

حال ہی میں چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان جناب ثاقب نثار نے اعلان کیا  تھا کہ ہنگامی بنادوں پر پاکستان کو ڈیموں کی ضرورت ہے ورنہ آنے والی نسلوں کو شدید مشکلات پیش آ سکتی ہیں اور پاکستان پانی کی شدید مشکلات کا شکار ہو جائے گا۔ اسی سلسلے میں انھوں نے ڈیم فند کا قیام عمل میں لایا جس میں تمام پاکستانیوں کو حصہ ڈالنے کی اپیل کی ۔ڈیم فنڈ میں ابھی تک 3 ارب 33 کروڑ روپے جمع ہو چکے ہیں ۔

 یہ ہائیڈروپاور منصوبہ4500 میگاواٹ بجلی پیدا کرنے کی صلاحیت رکھتاہے ۔اس ڈیم کی لمبائی 35 سو فٹ،چورائی 2ہزار فٹ،اونچائی 660فٹ اور سطح سمندر سے اس کی بلندی 35سو فٹ ہو گی اور 6.4ملین ایکٹرفٹ پانی ذخیرہ کیا جاسکے گا۔ڈیم کی دیوار کی اونچائی 270میٹر ہوگی ، دریائے سندھ کے پانی کے سال بھر کا بہاؤ کا 15فیصد اس میں ذخیرہ ہوگا۔دنیا میں سب سے ز یادہ بلندی پر بنائے جانے والے اس ڈیم کی عمر 100سال ہوگی اور اس میں ریت جمع نہ ہوگی اور اس ڈیم کی تعمیر  2023   تک  مکمل کر لی جائیگی۔

ڈیم کے منصو بے کے ڈیزائن کے مطابق اس ہائیڈرو پاور منصوبے میں دو موڑ یا سرنگیں اور منصوبے کے مقام پر پانی کے بہاؤ کا رخ دو حائطہ بند (Cofferdams) بنائے جائیگے۔ منصوبے میں دو پاور ہاؤس ہونگے جسمیں 375 میگاواٹ صلاحیت کے 12یونٹ ہونگے اور دو پاور ہاؤس سے سالانہ اوسطاََ Gwh18000کی پیداوار کا تخمینہ لگایا گیا ہے اور یہ سارا ذخیرہ بالعموم گلگت بلتستان بالخصوص ضلع دیامرمیں واقع ہوگا

دیامر بھاشا ڈیم اپنی نوعیت کاایک مثالی ڈیم ہوگا۔اس ڈیم کی اہمیت و فوائد کا اندازہ ڈیم کی افتتاحی تقریب میں صدر مشرف کے ان الفاظ سے لگایا جا سکتا ہے ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ’’ پانی اور توانائی ہمارے لیئے زندگی اور موت کا مسئلہ ہے،تیس سال سے ملک میں کوئی ڈیم نہ بننے کے باعث پانی کی ایک بڑی مقدار سمندر میں چلی جاتی ہے جبکہ وسیع ارضی بنجر پڑی ہے۔ملک میں بڑھتی ہوئی آبادی کیلئے پانی کی ضرورت بڑھ رہی ہے‘‘ بعد میں انہوں نے ریڈیو اور ٹی وی پر قوم سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے ڈیم کی عدم تعمیر کو خودکشی قرار دیا۔

دیا مر بھاشا ڈیم ترقی کی راہ پر اہم پیش رفت ہے ملک میں وقفے کے بعد 14.6 بلین امریکی لاگت سے تعمیر ہونے والے اس کثیر المقاصد ڈیم کی تعمیر خوش آئند ہے ۔ ڈیامر بھاشا ڈیم سے نہ صرف گلگت بلتستان میں تعمیر و خوشحالی آئیگی بلکہ اس کا فائدہ سندھ تک پہنچ جائیگا اور 6.4 ملین ایکڑ فٹ پانی دیامر سے ٹھٹھ تک مختلف علاقوں کو سیراب کرتے ہوئے سمندر میں گرے گا۔ واپڈا کے مطابق یہ منصو بہ نہ صرف پانی سے بجلی پیدا کرے گابلکہ اس سے آبپاشی کے کثیر فوائد بھی حاصل ہونگے۔کم بہاؤ کے دنوں میں ذخیرہ شدہ پانی زرعی استعمال کیلئے روز گار کے مواقع ہونگے اور منصو بے سے سیلاب کی روک تھام اور دریا ئے سندھ میں گاد جمع ہونے کیلئے عمل پر کنٹرول کیا جائے سکے گا۔

مختصراً ڈیم کی تعمیر کو ڈیم کی فزیبلٹی رپورٹ سے لیکراب تک ارباب اقتدار ، وزرائ اعظم ، چاروں وزرائے اعلی،گورنر اور تمام سیاسی و مذہبی لیڈران لازمی قرار دے رہے ہیں اس سے اسکی اہمیت واضح ہو جاتی ہے۔دیامر بھاشا ڈیم کی سب سے بڑی اہمیت یہ ہے کہ اس کی تعمیر سے ملک زرعی و صنعتی ترقی پر گامزن ہوگا کیونکہ پانی زندگی بھی ہے اور دولت بھی،اسی دولت سے زمین ہری ہوجاتی ہے، صنعتوں کیلئے توانائی ملتی ہے ۔غربت کے عفریت کم ہو جاتے ہیں اور بیروز گاری کے سائے دور ہو جاتے ہیں تب ہی تو ملک کے صدور، وزرائ اعظمائ ،اور انکی کابینیں کالا باغ ڈیم کی تعمیر کو (سیاسی دباؤ میں آکر )ملتوی کرکے دیا مر بھاشا ڈیم کے تعمیراتی پلان پر زور وشور سے کام کی تکمیل چاہتے ہیں اور تمام سیاسی و مذہبی اور حکومتی و اپوزیشنی رہنمائ و زعمائ اتفاق رائے کے دعوے کر رہے ہیں مگر افسوس انکی کج روی پر کہ گلگت بلتستان کے لوگوں کو روز اوّل سے مایوس کرتے آرہے ہیں اور اب تلک باسیان ارض شمال کو مکمل اتفاق رائے میں شامل نہ کرکے اور مسلسل انکو نظر انداز کرکے اپنی ہٹ دھڑمی ،بغض و عناد اور خواہشات نفسانی کا بین ثبوت دے رہے ہیں ۔اہلیان گلگت بلتسا ن نہ ڈیم کے پہلے مخالف تھے نہ اب ہیں وہ تو صر ف اپنے نقصانات کا ازالہ اور جائز مطالبات کا رونا رو رہے ہیں ۔

دیامر بھاشا ڈیم کےکچھ منفی اثرات:

دنیا میں ایسا کوئی بھی عمل نہیں جس کے سو فیصد مثبت اثرات ہی ہوں ۔ یہ ایک بدیہی امر ہے کہ ڈیم کی تعمیر کا منصوبہ نہایت شاندار اور قابل تعریف ہے مگر شو مئی قسمت ڈیم کا نام متنازعہ بنا دیا گیا۔ یہ بھی اظہر من الشمس ہے کہ ڈیم کی تعمیر سے تمام تر علاقہ گلگت بلتسان کا تیسرا بڑا اور سب سے پسماندہ ضلع دیامر کے ہیڈ کوارٹر چلاس کا 80 فیصد زیر آب آئیگااور سب ڈویژن چلاس اور داریل و تانگیر کی آبادی متاثر ہوگی جسمیں کھنبری گاؤں ، بصری نالہ، گینے گاؤں ، تھور نالہ ، ہوڈر گاؤں ، تھلپنٹ، گیس بالا،گیس پائن، بونر داس، ڈرنگ داس، جلی پور گاؤں ، گونر فارم، شاہین کوٹ، سونیوال ،اور گوہرآباد اور رائیکوٹ تک کے نشیبی علاقوں کی تمام آبادیاں شامل ہیں ۔اس کے علاوہ زرعی قابل کاشت اراضی اور بنجر ارضیات بھی متاثر ہونگی اور شتیال تارائیکوٹ تقریباً 80سے 150کلو میٹر تک شاہراہ قراقرم بھی غرقابی کا شکار ہوگی جوکہ تمام تر ’’ ضلع دیامر‘‘ کے حدود سے گزرتی ہے۔

 فیلڈ وزٹ رپورٹ اکتوبر 2008، کے مطابق 200مربع کلومیٹر کا یہ ذخیرہ شاہراہ قراقرم کے 100کلو میٹر پر مشتمل حصہ کو بہا لے گا اور 28000نفوس پر مشتمل گاؤں ختم ہوجائینگے اور تقریباً 50ہزار پرانی چٹانوں پر موجود کھدائیوں کو تباہ کر دے گا دیامر بھاشا ڈیم ،

واپڈا کے مطابق 27گاؤں ڈیم کے ذخیرے میں بہہ جائیگے۔ یہ تمام گاؤں یا تو دریا سندھ کے کناروں پر واقع ہیں یا اس کے شا خو ں پر ۔ علاقے کے طبعی اور جغرافیائی خصوصیات کی مد نظر رکھتے ہوئے یہ بات فوری سمجھ میں آجاتی ہے کہ ڈیم کے مجوّزہ مقام کے ارد گرد زمین بہت قیمتی ہے۔ انسانی آبادی اور زرعی سرگرمیوں کیلئے تر چھے پہاڑوں میں زیاد ہ ہموار جگہ موجود نہیں ، یہاں یہ بات ذہن میں رہے کہ مقامی لوگوں کے مطابق 31سے بھی زیادہ گاؤں اور بستیاں متاثر ہونگیں ۔ 3115 گھر ختم  ہونگےجن کو حکومت نے متبادل کے لیے قیمت ادا کرنے کا کام 2008 سے شروع کر رکھا ہے اور 1500زیادہ ایکڑ زمین ذخیرہ میں زیر آب آئیگی۔۔

دیامر بھاشا ڈیم کی تعمیر سے وہاں کے قدیمی ثقافتی ورثے کو سخت خطرات لاحق ہیں ۔ مجوّزہ مقام پر چٹانوں پر کندہ بدھا کی تصاویر ہیں اور وادی سندھ کے اوپری حصوں میں بہت ساری قدیم کندہ چٹانیں ہیں جن کی عالمگیر اہمیت واضح ہے۔ایک تحقیقاتی ٹیم نے آبی ذخائر کیلئے مجوّزہ زمین پر کندہ چٹانوں کا تفصیلی دورہ کیا اور Heidel Berg یو نیو رسٹی کے پروفیسر Harald Hauptmann اور واپڈا کے حکام ے آبی ذخائر کے متعلق تفصیلی گفت و شنید کی۔ ایک اور ریسرچ ٹیم نے 2008 میں مقامی لوگوں سے کندہ چٹانوں کے متعلق انٹر ویو کیے۔ کندہ چٹانوں اور بالائی سندھ میں چٹانوں پرلکھائی کا مرکز چلاس ضلع دیامر میں ہے جوکہ وسطی اور جنوبی ایشیائ کی ثقافتی تاریخ کے مطالعہ کیلئے ایک نایاب ذریعہ ہے اور جس کے بہت سے قدیم راستے قدیم سلک روٹ کے ورثے کو ظاہر کرتے ہیں ۔

جرمنی میں اکیڈمی بر ائے سائنس اور بشریات کے پروفیسر Harald Hauptmann کی ہدایت کے تحت اس مواد کی تیاری اور طبع کیا جارہا ہے۔صرف دیامر بھاشا ڈیم کے مجوّزہ علاقے میں 88 آثار قدیمہ کے مقامات میں جن میں 68 کندھ چٹانوں کے کمپلکس ہیں ۔ کل 5,157 پتھر اور چٹانوں پر 36.187 کندھ چیزیں ہیں جن میں مختلف زبانوں کے 3610 تحریریں ہیں جو کہ اس علاقے سے متعلق مطلو بہ ہیں ۔ مختلف سائز کے پتھر وں اور چٹانوں پرعبارتیں دریا کے کنارے اور پوری وادی میں پھیلی ہوتی ہیں ۔ اس چٹانوں پر تاریخ کے ابتدائی ادوار سے لیکر اسلام کی آمد تک تصاویر کندھ ہیں بالخصوص وہاں بدھا آرٹ کثرت سے موجود ہیں جوکہ بین الاقوامی دنیا کی توجہ کا مرکز ہے۔ 1989سےHeidel Berg یو نیو رسٹی کے اس مشن نے ماہرین آثار قدیمہ اور جغر افیائی مطالعہ کر نے والے ماہرین کو چلاس میں لایا اور ان کندھ عبارتوں اور تصاویر کو ماپا،تفصیلی جائزہ لیا، تصاویریں لیں اور انکی درجہ بندی کی۔ مذکورہ اعداد و شمار سے اندازہ لگایا جاسکتا ہے کہ ڈیم کی تعمیر سے ثقافتی ورثے کو کتنا نقصان پہنچتا ہے اور کتنے تحقیق و ریسرچ کے دروازے بند ہو جاتے ہیں ۔

سونیوال کوٹ اور وادی کھنبری کی کہانی 

ہرے بھرے لمبے درختوں کے درمیان ایک خوبصورت گاؤں سونیوال دریائے سندھ اور تھور نالہ کے جنکشن میں واقع ہے ۔ یہ گاؤں 100 گھرانوں پر مشتمل ہے ۔گاؤں میں بڑے بڑے پھلدار درخت ہیں اور آبشاروں اور ندی نالوں کا شفّاف پانی دریائے سندھ میں شامل ہو کر اپنی شناخت کھو دیتا ہے ۔ یہ مقامی لوگ سونے کی تلاش، مویشی پالنے اور کھیتی باڑی کا کام کرتے ہیں اور انکی زرعی زمیں کا 300تا 350کنال حصہ زیر آب آئیگا۔ یہی انکا ذریعہ معاش ہے اور یہ لوگ پہاڑوں میں نہیں رہنا چاہتے ہیں ۔

اسی طرح ایک اور وادی کھنبری جو ڈیم کے بالکل قریب میں واقع ہے۔ڈیم کی دیوار وادی سے صرف دو کلو میڑ پر ہوگی وادی کے تمام چھ گاؤں جوسوکم ، چنگ چار ، ناروت، نیما،بالاوٹ اور نرارآبی ذخیرے میں بہہ جائیں گے۔یہ آبادیاں تقریباً 100برس قدیم ہیں اور سونا تلاش کرتی ہیں ۔ ان لوگوں کو جنگلات پر کوئی اختیار ات حاصل نہیں ہے وہ کالنگ ادا کرکے جنگلاتی وسائل کو اسستعمال کرنے کیلئے محدود اختیارات حاصل کرتے ہیں ۔ وادی مچھلیوں اور دوسرے آبی حیات سے مالا مال ہے۔ زمیں زرخیز ہے لوگ آناج، سبزیاں اور پھلدار درخت لگاتے ہیں ۔

سونیوال کوٹ اور کھنبری کے لوگوں کا کہنا ہے کہ ڈیم کی تعمیر سے پاکستان اور گلگت بلتستان خوشحال اور ترقی کرتا ہے تو ہمیں کوئی اعتراض نہیں ، ہمیں صر ف ایک مناسب معاوضہ چاہیے تاکہ ہم سب اکھٹے آباد ہوجائیں ۔ ہم علیحدہ علیحدہ ہونا نہیں چاہتے ہیں ،انہیں شدید خدشہ ہے اور یہ لوگ سوچتے ہیں کہ: حکو مت کوکوئی فرق نہیں پڑتا ہے اگر ہم نیست و نابود بھی ہوجائیں ۔حکو مت ہمیں مناسب آدائیگی نہیں کریگی،تربیلہ کے لوگ ابھی تک منتظر ہیں ۔وہ لوگ ہر لحاظ سے طاقتور تھے اور ہم نحیف و کمزور ہیں ۔شومئی قسمت اس پر مستزاد یہ کہ گلگت بلتستان کی حکومت،ا ہلیان دیامر اور ایکشن کمیٹی دیامر بھاشا ڈیم بھی ان دونوں وادیوں کیلئے کوئی پلان نہیں رکھتی اور انکی غرقابی اور بربادی میں کسی کو کوئی فکر نہیں ۔

دیامر بھاشا ڈیم اور گلگت بلتستان کا مؤقف:

مذکورہ بالا تمام باتوں کے بعد اب گلگت بلتستان بالخصوص کے ضلع دیامر کئی عوام کے چند تحفظات و مطالبات کا ذکر کیئے جاتے ہیں ۔دیامر کے حوالے سے مختلف اوقات میں احتجاج اور مذاکرات ہوتے رہے۔ حاجی گندل شاہ اور عنایت اللہ شمالی کی کوششیں قابل قدر ہیں ۔

 فروری 2010 کو چلاس کے عوام اپنے مطالبات منوانے کیلئے ایک پر امن احتجاجی مظاہرہ کر رہے تھے اسی اثنائ پولیس نے ان پر فائر کھول دی جس سے تین افراد شہید ہوئے اور کئی زخمی ہوگئے تب احتجاجی عمل سخت ہوا،ایک ایکشن کمیٹی بنی جسکے چیئر مین محترم عطائ اللہ صاحب ہیں ۔ڈیم ایکشن کمیٹی اور حکو مت کے درمیان ایک معاہدہ ہواجسکی ہم آپکو بتانے جا رہے ہیں۔

١۔رہائشی پلاٹ متاثرین کیلئے5 مرلہ کی بجائے ایک کنال کاہونا چاہیے۔

٢۔زرعی پلاٹ جس کا زیادہ سے زیادہ 6 کنال ہے۔اس میں سے متاثرین اپنی مرضی اور منشائ کے مطابق کم بھی خرید سکتے ہیں ۔

٣۔n Special Quelifica کے علاوہ جتنی بھاشا ڈیم میں سیکمز آجائینگی ان میں روز گار کیلئے متاثرین کو ہر گز نظر انداز نہیں کیا جائیگا۔ااور تمام روزگار کے عمومی مواقع پر متاثرین کو ترجیح دی جائیگی۔امیدوار کی عدم دستیابی کی صورت میں گلگت بلتستان کے دیگر علاقوں کے امیدواروں کو فوقیت دی جائے گی۔

٤۔ہرپن داس کے مقدے کو کورٹ سے پندرہ روز کے اندر واپس لیا جائیگا جو زمین واپڈا کو پہلے معاہدے کے تحت بغیرمعاوضے کے تحت دی گئی تھی اب واپڈا باقاعدہ معاوضہ ادا کریگا اور اس طرح باقی ماندہ زمین حکومت کو معاوضے کے ساتھ دی جائیگی۔

٥۔دیامر بھاشا ڈیم کی رئلٹی کا100% حق صرف گلگت بلتستان کا ہے ۔اور ساتھ بونڈری کے تنازعے کو فوری طور پر ختم کرنے کیلئے

سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان کے غیر جانبدار جج کی سربراہی میں کمیشن تشکیل دی جائیگی۔

٦۔دیامر بھاشا ڈیم سے پیدا ہونے والی بجلی سے متاثرین ڈیم کو 50%رعایتی ریٹ پربجلی مہیا کی جائے۔

٧۔Chilas Development Authority کا قیام عمل میں لایا جائے۔

٨۔جن چراگاہوں کی اراضی جو ڈیم میں زیر آب آرہی ہے میں 50%حکومت کو بغیر معاوضے کے مالکان نے چھوڑا تھا،اب حکومت مالکان کو یہ زمین واپس کرتے ہوئے فی کنال ریٹ 1,50,000مقرر کردیا ہے۔

٩۔ایک مصالحتی کمیٹی زیر سربراہی ڈی سی دیامر تشکیل دی جائیگی جسمیں واپڈا اور متاثرین کا ایک ایک نمائندہ بھی شامل ہوگا۔اس کمیٹی کے درج ذیل فرائض ہونگے۔

١۔اگر داس کی سروے میں کوئی غلطی ہوگئی ہو تو اس کی درستگی اور اگر دورانLand Aoquisition کوئی تعمیر عارضی طور پر ضروری تو اس کی اجازت دینا۔

٢۔یہ اصول بھی طے ہوگیا کہ صرف معاوضے دینے کی صورت میں زمین واپڈاکے حوالے کی جائیگی اور مزید یہ کہ اگر معاوضے میں تاخیر ہو تو اس میں مناسب ہر جانہ بھی شامل کیا جائیگا۔

٣۔تھک داس کے سلسلے میں 9 12-08-200 کے فیصلے پر عملدرآمد کیا جائے گا۔ ہرپن داس کے مقدموں کی واپسی تھور اور دیگر زمین جو فوری طور پر واپڈا کے چاہنے کے ساتھ منسلک کیا جائیگا۔ہرپن داس وغیرہ میں جو سرکاری پروجیکٹسن تعمیر ہو اس کا معاوضہ حکومت گلگت بلتستان ادا کرے گیا اور واپڈا کی کوئی ذمہ داری نہیں ہوگی۔

اس کے علاوہ کمرشل، زرعی، بنجر اور دیگر اراضی کے فی کنال ریٹ بھی طے ہوئے۔اب حکومت کو چاہیے کہ ان متفقہ اور منظور شدہ مطالبات کو فراخدلی سے قبول کرے۔

دیامر بھاشا ڈیم اور گلگت بلتستان کا مستقبل:

دیامر بھاشا ڈیم کی تعمیر کے حوالے سے گلگت بلتستان کے مستقبل کے بارے کچھ کہنایا لکھنا قبل از وقت ہوگاتاہم فکر و تخیل کی حد تک چند ایک پہلوؤں پر تجزیہ کی گنجائش ہے۔ مثلاًترقیاتی مستقبل (Development Future) تعلیمی مستقبل (Educational Future) صنعتی مستقبل (Industrail Future) اور بے روز گاری کے بارے میں تفصیل سے لکھا جاسکتا ہے۔مذکورہ بالا موضوعات پر مستقل قلم اٹھانے کی ضرورت ہے تاہم مضمون کی طوالت سے گریزاں کرتے ہوئے مختصر و اجمالاً چند کلمات سپرد کیے جاتے ہیں ۔

مذکورہ ڈیم سے ترقیاتی کاموں مثلاًسڑکوں کی تعمیر و تصحیح،پرانی سرکاری عمارتوں کی بوسیدگی کاخاتمہ اور نئے سرکاری عمارتوں کو وجود میں لایا جاسکتا ہے اور جو دیہات اب تک روڈ اور بجلی جیسی بنیادی ضرورتوں سے محروم ہیں وہاں روڈ اور بجلی کا سستا انتظام کیا جاسکتا ہے۔اور تعلیمی حوالے سے دور دراز دیہاتوں میں نئے اسکولوں کا قیام اور پرانے اسکولوں کی تزئین و آرائش اورتمام ہائی اسکولوں کو انٹر کالجز اور انٹر کالجز کو ڈگری کالجز میں ترقی دیکر غریب عوام کو سستی تعلیم مہیا کی جاسکتی ہے۔ اور تشنگان علوم کو کراچی ،لاہور،اسلام آباد، پشاور اور دیگر شہروں میں در بدر ہونے سے بچایا جاسکتا ہے بالخصوص قراقرم انٹر نیشنل یونیورسٹی کو منظور شدہ شیڈول و چارٹر کے مطابق ڈھال کر یعنی تمام ضلعوں میں یونیورسٹی کے کیمپس قائم کر کے گلگت بلتستان کے طالبان علوم و تشنگان فنون کو سب سے بڑی ڈپریشن سے نجات دلائی جاسکتی ہے۔ اس طرح علمائ کیلئے دینی مدارس قائم کرنے کے حالات سازگار ہونگے تو علمائ کرام وفاق المدارس کے ماتحت دینی مدارس قائم کرکے گلگت بلتستان کے مسلمانوں کی صحیح طریقے سے خدمت کر سکیں گے اور ان میں دین اسلام کا مثبت جذبہ پیدا کرکے اور بنیادی دینی اصول و عقائدسے آگاہ کرکے انکی درست رہنمائی کر سکتے ہیں اور انہی تعلیمی اداروں سے علمائ کرام،صلحائ عظام،خطبائ دین،مبلغین، مفسرین،محدثین، وکلائ، انجینےرز ، ڈاکٹرز،معیشت دان، سیاستدان، ادیب، صحافی اور دیگر شعبہ ہائے زندگی کیلئے ممتاز رجال کار پیدا ہونگے جس سے گلگت بلتستان میں ایک منفرد اور مثالی معاشرہ قائم ہوگا جسکا عالم انسانیت متمنی اور متلاشی ہے

World's most beautiful Airport is in India ?

     Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 100th airport of India on Monday. It is            considered as the world's most beautiful airport.

    The third highest peak cornerstone of the world is in the skim located in the valley of Himalayas, and the borders of the state are found in Tibet, Bhutan and Nepal.

    The state's airport has been constructed 30 km from the state capital Gangotak and it is being       named Engineer of Engineering.

   Aadhaa is situated on the height of 4,000 ft above the surface sea over Paidong village and is spread  at 201 acres.

   Both sides of the 1.75 km long run are deeper fields. The terminal building has a capacity of  hundreds of people.

  The construction of the airport proved uninterrupted due to the weather here.

  During the construction ,the biggest problem was to carry heavy machinery to this area.

  Before building a airport, a high wall was erected, then filled the soil inside it, the entire airports     including the runways were built on it.

  Commercial flights will begin here on October 4.

  It is expected that this airport will promote tourist tourism.

Robot cars send new images of asteroids ryugu

A space car has sent this photo from the surface of the planet

Japan's space agency has taken two robots of vehicles on a planet and has made a new date and now the robot vehicles are sending pictures of planet surface to the ground.

Both of these vehicles were sent from the planet called Heabausa-2, which was chasing around a kilometer wide planet, 'Rio'.

These vehicles will measure the temperature of the planet and take pictures of it. Ryugu's gravity is very low which can easily bounce the vehicles there.


The Japanese space agency confirmed the week, 'Both vehicles are in good condition, are going on the planets and taking pictures.'

Hoyabusa-2 This year, June 2, a 32-year-old Rugo planet was reached after a three-year journey.

What is its importance

Earlier, the European Space Agency has dropped space space on a daunting star, but it is the first time the car has been mounted on a planet.

Riyo is a specially ancient planet, and research will be able to get information about the initial conditions of the solar system and the formation of the earth.

30 Passengers were injured in the mistake of flight pilots in India during flight

More than 30 passengers started bleeding due to the flight pilot of India. He did not switch on the device that maintain air pressure .

Jet Airways's flight 9W 697 was going from Jay Pur to Mumbai, and a short time after the flight had to be returned to the plane.

The Boeing 737 ship of Jet Airways had 166 passengers. The Civil Aviation Minister says the ship's staff has been removed from duty and is being investigated.

Passenger Dashkent Hathi tweeted a video from inside the plane, which can be seen that the oxygen mask came out after the air pressure decreased.

Another traveler, Satish Nair, has tweeted a picture in which he himself is bleeding from his nose
and complains with the airline completely ignoring the safety of the passengers.

Linda Gupta, a senior civil aviation surveillance officer in India, told the Indian newspaper India Times, that the plane had forgotten to switch the air pressure on the flight plane during the ship.

Jet Airways said in a statement that the air pressure inside the cabin dropped due to low air pressure and was shy at the discomfort of the passengers.
